So here I am – card carrying member of the Denominators. For those of you not so well versed in Drew Barrymore films, the title question is a piece of dialogue from the movie Never Been Kissed – a very funny but overlooked Drew movie from the late 90’s.
That question and Drew’s subsequent guffaw of excitement, read: upper teeth over lip, wrinkled nose followed by the noise FAH-FAW! has sort of become the theme of my life. I’m actually terrible at math, but the idea is the same. Whatever group you want to belong to, whether it be the Denominators or not, as long as your enthusiasm reaches the FAH-FAW! level – ie, totally spazzing out – you’re in the right place.
